Distributed Spectrum jobs

A few months ago, we were a team of 7 engineers. With that team, we secured contracts across DoD and IC totaling $7M in 60 days and raised a $25M Series A. We’ve since more than doubled to 14 people, and we’re backed by world class investors with Sarah Guo (Conviction), Akhil Iyer (Shield Capital), and Nat Friedman (NFDG) leading our latest round.

We’re solving a net-new, technically hard problem that involves machine learning, embedded systems, signal processing, and user design. Because our problem doesn’t have an existing blueprint (nothing from other fields works out of the box), we approach everything with scientific and mathematical fundamentals. We’re too oversubscribed with demand to work on anything that’s not mission critical.

We operate with high growth and high ownership and believe in trust by default. We’re looking for people who can channel trust into responsibility. We work together in the office, in person 5 days per week, because we’re building a company where people can solve problems side by side, can have incredibly talented thought partners nearby, and can get to know each other personally over lunch.
