At modern companies, work happens in Slack and Teams. When employees need something (access to a tool, a broken laptop, a question for HR), they ask in channels like #help, #ask-it, or #support. These conversations are where work actually gets done.
But the software behind them hasn't kept up. Most IT and ops teams still run on platforms built decades ago: ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management. Designed for a world before AI, before Slack, before anyone expected software to actually do anything on its own. Employees open tickets. Tickets get routed. Humans resolve them. Repeat.
That's the problem we're solving.
Ravenna is building the agentic service desk, a platform that lives inside Slack and Teams and uses AI to automate workflows, resolve requests, and handle the operational work that bogs down IT, HR, and ops teams every day. Not just tracking tickets. Actually closing them.
Recent advances in AI have made this possible in a way that simply wasn't true a few years ago. Large language models can now understand intent, take action across integrated systems, and handle complex multi-step requests that used to require a human in the loop at every step. We're building the platform that puts those capabilities to work in the enterprise.
The market we're going after is massive. Enterprise service management is a category dominated by legacy incumbents sitting on decades of technical debt and customer lock-in.
