Your application goes through to a member of our Recruitment team, who will then consider your candidacy against the criteria of the role and against the skills and experience of other candidates who have applied.

What Are The Next Steps?

If you are successful in reaching the next stage, you will be invited to a video call with one of our Recruitment team. This interview will not only help us get a better feel for what you could bring to SilverRail, but also an opportunity for you to get a taste of who we are, what we’re looking to achieve, and how you could be part of that journey. We will also discuss the rest of the interview process, our working model, salary expectations, notice periods and interview timeframes. You will be welcome to ask any questions you have throughout, and we will always try to answer them as best we can.

We will always aim to keep you informed as soon as possible if you are unsuccessful at any stage. We do typically attract a strong field of candidates, so we appreciate your patience while we work through the process.
