Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and overseeing the training process using extensive datasets. The position demands continuous refinement of model architectures to enhance performance and applicability across various natural language processing tasks, ensuring the models meet the evolving needs of diverse applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with natural language processing concepts and challenges.
- Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements.
- Skilled in managing computational resources for efficient model training.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
