As the Manager of the CORP_Global Technology_Enterprise AI and Advanced Tech department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions. - Oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to promote our AI capabilities.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the AI industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing successful AI projects.
- In-depth knowledge of AGENTIC AI, RAG, GENAI, and other advanced AI technologies, along with experience in Python, React, and Langchain.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, and a strong understanding of OpenAI and CLaude platforms.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of AI professionals.
