Regional OEM Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover)
About the Role
As a Regional OEM Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing, and growing strategic relationships with OEM organisations across your region. Acting as the primary point of contact between Keyloop and your accounts, you will establish trusted partnerships with stakeholders ranging from senior decision-makers and ownership groups to operational teams.
You will be the face of Keyloop to your customers and the voice of your customers within Keyloop, ensuring both organisations work together effectively to achieve shared success. Accountable for OEM satisfaction and engagement, you will manage expectations, drive commercial growth, and oversee the performance and adoption of Keyloop's products and services within your region.
Working closely with internal teams, you will identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships, deliver value to customers, and ensure Keyloop consistently meets its commitments while supporting long-term account growth and retention.

What You'll Be Doing
- Hitting your revenue target by growing existing OEM accounts
- Getting properly under the skin of our products, so you can talk about them with confidence, not just a script
- Building a solid business and sales plan, and actually following it
- Keeping accurate forecasts and reports (nobody loves this bit, but it matters)Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and turning them into real business
- Thinking strategically about how to grow share of wallet year on year
