Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PMO initiatives and projects. Translate business needs into functional requirements and process documentation. Support the development and enhancement of PMO standards, methodologies, and processes. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track KPIs, project health, and portfolio performance. Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Provide analytical support for portfolio planning, resource management, and risk assessment. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and communicate insights effectively. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or data analytics, preferably within a PMO, program management, or project-driven environment. Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Jira.
