Na czym będzie polegać Twoja rola? 

• Przeprowadzanie Klientów przez cały proces wynajmu powierzchni magazynowej: 
  • badanie potrzeb i dopasowywanie najlepszego rozwiązania 
  • przygotowanie oferty i potrzebnych analiz  
  • prezentowanie lokalizacji 
  • negocjacje warunków i podpisanie umowy najmu 
• Budowanie i urzymywanie trwałych relacji z dotychczasowymi Klientami i Partnerami Biznesowymi  
• Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów  

Będziesz do nas świetnie pasował/a, jeśli... 

• Lubisz pracować w zespole 
• Dobrze posługujesz się pakietem Office (Excel, PowerPoint – must have) 
• Interesujesz się nowoczesnymi metodami sprzedaży  
• Swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim  
• Masz prawo jazdy kat. B i jesteś gotowy do podróży służbowych 
• Masz już doświadczenie w pracy z klientem B2B/na rynku nieruchomości lub chcesz je zdobyć i szybko się uczysz

Na jedno ze spotkań poprosimy Cię o przygotowanie krótkiego zadania. Na koniec każdego etapu gwarantujemy, że wrócimy do Ciebie z informacją zwrotną.
