Welder Advanced - Level 3
The annual base salary range for this position is <$66,560 - $87,360>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. In this role, you will impact product quality and production efficiency by delivering high-quality welds that meet engineering specifications and industry standards, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell’s manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced welding tasks including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on various metals and alloys according to blueprints and specifications.
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance with safety and industry standards, making adjustments as necessary to ensure structural integrity.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot welding issues and implement process improvements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in advanced welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding with a strong focus on precision and quality.
- In-depth knowledge of welding codes, safety standards, and blueprint reading to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools, as well as the ability to perform weld inspections and quality assessments.
- Experience working with various metals and alloys in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
WE VALUE
- Completion of a Welding Certification or related technical training.
- 5+ years of experience in advanced welding roles within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of welding automation and robotic welding systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
