As an ABAP - Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. Within our Advisory practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing SAP technology installations, configurations, and administration tasks
- Developing and maintaining SAP products and technologies to optimize operational efficiency
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for software development and customization
- Collaborating with teams to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for enhanced data visualization and insights generation
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality outcomes
- Applying strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client objectives
- Embracing change and fostering innovation within SAP technology projects
- Mentoring junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for business transformation projects
- Implementing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA solutions
