What You'll Do

  • Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced medical equipment

  • Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective solutions both remotely and on-site

  • Work directly with healthcare professionals, providing technical guidance and support

  • Document service activities and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams

  • Collaborate with colleagues and technical experts to resolve complex issues

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence


What We're Looking For

  • Higher technical education (electronics, cryogenics, biomedical equipment)

  • 3+ years of experience servicing high-tech equipment. Experience with medical / laboratory equipment is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, and troubleshooting methodologies

  • Understanding of computer systems, software configuration, networking, and Windows/Linux environments

  • Ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English

  • Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region up to 80 - 100% of working time
