Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will utilize your analytical skills to drive business solutions. You will leverage your understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to facilitate requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gather Requirements: Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interactions, requirement workshops, and process mapping.

• Analyze Business Cases: Learn to analyze business cases and identify gaps, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

• Facilitate Communication: Engage with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Support Stakeholder Management: Participate in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating requirement workshops to ensure effective collaboration.

• Develop Analytical Skills: Explore and develop analytical skills to effectively analyze business cases and guide technical teams.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to SDLC: Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Basic Understanding of Process Mapping: Knowledge of process and use case mapping to analyze business cases and guide technical teams.

• Interest in Requirement Analysis: Exposure to requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, with the ability to learn and develop analytical skills.

• Curiosity about Stakeholder Management: Basic understanding of managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating requirement workshops to ensure effective collaboration.

• Awareness of Technical Communication: Familiarity with articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
