Overview
Mastercard’s Services B2B Marketing team is seeking an experienced Vice President to serve as the North America regional lead for Services’ B2B marketing efforts and field marketing team. This role is accountable for representing all of Services Marketing strategy and execution in the region, including, translating buying center priorities, solution narratives, and assets into regionally relevant campaigns. The role works closely with the regional Services’ sales business lead (SBL), Services’ global product and product marketing teams, and Services’ leadership connecting global strategic priorities with regional business objectives.
You will drive the development and scaling of integrated field marketing programs that accelerate demand, enable sellers, and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact for Mastercard services, while adapting global frameworks to reflect North America market dynamics.
Responsibilities
• Lead the North America Services field marketing strategy and integrated program plan (quarterly/annual), focused on pipeline creation, acceleration, and deal influence across priority solutions and segments.
• Develop and execute predominantly field-led tactics, including account-based field programs, executive engagements, in-person events/roadshows, partner and ecosystem co-marketing, regional sponsorships, webinars, and targeted sales plays.
• Build tight operating rhythms with Sales: joint planning, campaign intake and prioritization, account/territory alignment, and closed-loop measurement (leads, opportunities, influenced pipeline, bookings).
• Translate global Services positioning, content, and thought leadership into North America-relevant messaging and assets; identify gaps and influence global roadmap based on regional sales/market input.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Services portfolio and product, regional marketing, corporate marketing, comms, analytics, finance, and legal/compliance) to deliver integrated programs and launch readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field marketing team; set clear objectives, establish best practices, and ensure consistent program quality and execution excellence.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights through monthly/quarterly business reviews; communicate outcomes, learnings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

All About You
• B2B marketing experience, including leading demand generation/field marketing teams in financial services, payments, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to align marketing strategy with senior sales leaders (e.g., SBLs), build joint plans, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and product marketing teams to apply complex technical positioning to in-market campaigns.
• Strong experience with field-first, account-based marketing motions and seller enablement (sales plays, messaging, tools, and event-based engagement).
• Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to translate insights into execution; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior executives.
• Analytical, performance-oriented mindset; experience building measurement frameworks and operating in closed-loop collaboration with Sales and Marketing Ops.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and program management capabilities; able to lead through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Budget management experience, including agency/vendor oversight and ROI-driven investment decisions.
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
