Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and solution quality.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EIS Suite Technical.
- Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and middleware technologies.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in complex enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust technical solutions.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
