Parking Attendant/Maintenance
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Attendant / Garage Maintenance Associate to support the daily operations of a parking facility in Westwood. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring the parking garage remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Pay: $18.50 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Saturday - Tuesday 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Only 32 Hours)

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with parking-related questions, directions, and general inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor garage conditions and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the parking facility, including entrances, stairwells, elevators, parking areas, and common spaces.
- Remove trash and debris and perform routine cleaning tasks as needed.
- Support traffic flow and assist customers entering and exiting the garage.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Previous customer service, parking, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
