Job Responsibilities
- Performs routine project engineering assignments within the entry-level career band, applying foundational engineering knowledge and established procedures to support project execution while working under the guidance and direction of senior team members.
- Support project planning, scheduling and documentation
- Assist in project kick-off meetings and progress tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments for project execution
- Maintain project records, reports and document control
- Support procurement and vendor follow-up activities
- Monitor project milestones and escalate delays
- Participate in customer meetings and site visits
- Support commissioning, trials and project handover
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in project engineering / execution roles
- Experience in handling end-to-end project lifecycle preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Project (or similar scheduling tools)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or relevant design software
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Time management and multitasking capability
Optional (Good to Have)
- CAPM, PMP / Prince2 certification or equivalent
- Experience in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
