Technical Project Manager

Mobileye is looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join the ADAS Production Programs team and support the scalable execution and delivery of a ADAS projects for our automotive customers. This is a complex and dynamic role that requires deep understanding of Mobileye’s product delivery process, ongoing planning, problem-solving, and effective communication — both internally with multiple stakeholders and externally with international customers. This is a complex and dynamic role that requires deep understanding of Mobileye’s product delivery process, ongoing planning, problem-solving, and effective communication — both internally with multiple stakeholders and externally with international customers.

What will your job look like?

• Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
• Communicate with the automotive client regarding exact technical needs, including organizing workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from meeting objectives.
• Lead and contribute to decision-making processes and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Leverage your hands-on experience in the relevant technologies.
• Use critical thinking and design-oriented problem-solving to drive delivery and results.
• Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and overall program performance.
• Work with management and other leaders to continuously identify and implement process improvements.
• Working closely with internal teams, including Algorithmics, Integration, Validation, and others

All you need is:

• Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Relevant Engineering degre or equivalent field.
• 5-10 years of experience of project management.
• Experience in customer-facing technical project or program management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
• Experience in the automotive/vehicle industry – an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
