You’ll help ensure vehicles move smoothly from development to operations while maintaining real-time visibility into fleet status.What You’ll DoAs a Fleet Coordinator, you’ll support daily fleet operations by managing scheduling, tracking vehicle health, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with scheduling teams to secure repair slots and minimize vehicle downtimeMonitoring open vehicle issues and creating action plans to maintain fleet healthMaintaining accurate historical records for vehicle maintenance and repairsAssisting in the creation and improvement of technical documentation and operational processesSupporting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on fleet performancePerforming quality inspections on repair orders to ensure compliance with company standardsSupporting parts ordering and availability for scheduled and unscheduled repairsCoordinating across operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and fleet teamsConducting monthly shop safety inspections and submitting results to the EHS teamCreating and managing work orders, tickets, and maintenance logs across internal systemsSupporting vehicle calibrations, service workflows, and vehicle movement requestsYou’ll regularly work alongside technicians, engineers, and operations teams to maintain strong situational awareness of fleet status.What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced service, operations, or automotive environmentFamiliarity with automotive repair processes and fundamentalsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsComfortable working across ticketing systems, dashboards, and internal toolsClear and timely communication skills (email, messaging platforms, cross-team coordination)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screen and comply with substance abuse policiesPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in an automotive service or fleet environmentFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or MS OfficeBachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experienceWhy This Role MattersThe Fleet Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability for an autonomous vehicle fleet.
