Partner Field Marketing Manager (IC5)
This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role on Oracle's North America Demand Services team. As the Partner Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the integration of a broad portfolio of technology partners into North America Demand Services field marketing programs, ensuring partners are aligned, prepared, and activated across Oracle-led and third-party marketing initiatives.
You will lead partner engagement throughout the marketing lifecycle, from planning and activation through execution and performance measurement.
This role requires a collaborative marketing leader who thrives in a highly matrixed environment, influencing Field Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, Alliances & Channel, Sales, Product Marketing, and technology partners to drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Strategy & Activation: Identify, prepare, and activate technology partners to participate in North America Demand Services programs, aligning partner engagement with business priorities to drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner Integration: Integrate technology partners into North America Demand Services field marketing programs across industries, solution areas, and regional priorities, aligning partner participation with campaign objectives and business goals.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute partner participation for Oracle-led and third-party field marketing events, ensuring successful sponsorships, speaking opportunities, customer engagement activities, and onsite experiences. As assigned, lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Oracle-led and third-party field marketing events, managing all phases from planning through post-event performance measurement and analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead regular planning and alignment meetings with Field Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, Alliances & Channel, Sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Investment Management: Manage and optimize partner marketing investments to maximize business impact, partner engagement, and measurable return on investment (ROI).
- Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain standardized partner engagement frameworks, including the partner prospectus, to improve partner activation, consistency, and program execution.
- Performance Measurement: Track partner engagement, sponsorship utilization, pipeline contribution, and ROI to measure program success and identify opportunities for optimization.
This role partners across North America to deliver integrated field marketing programs that strengthen Oracle's technology partner ecosystem and drive measurable business results.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within the technology industry.
- Experience developing and executing partner marketing or field marketing programs that drive pipeline and business growth.
- Experience managing Oracle-led and third-party event sponsorships and partner activations.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, field marketing, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience managing partner marketing investments and measuring business impact through pipeline and ROI metrics.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Travel Component: Approximately 20–30% travel within the United States and Canada to support Oracle-led and third-party field marketing events.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
