Job Description

The positions operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, ‘can do” attitude. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and must react positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes (usually at quarter & Year ends)

•Submission review - Checking for completeness of data submitted by underwriters/ brokers and following-up with underwriters (as required)

•PRE Bind and Post Bind Experience in Underwriting Support work types like Endorsements, Policy Issuance, Policy Maintenance, Quote and Pre-Renewal

•Handling day to day team related activities

•Client interactions via trainings, conference calls, emails and messenger service.

•Manage MIS activities and take care of the process

•Work towards driving process improvements and initiatives

•Drive digital savvy operational delivery amidst the complex Lloyd’s UK underwriting

•Responsible for Slips/Endorsement/Declarations Processing; Premium Calculations and understanding of the UK Insurance Market

•Creating process maps, generating documentation, and identifying improvement and transformation opportunities within current process flows

Bachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics
