We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to conduct a comprehensive health check and system assessment of our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. This short-term assignment will evaluate the effectiveness, configuration, compliance, and optimization opportunities across all HCM modules, with a strong focus on Payroll and Benefits.Reporting to the VP of HR, this position will be expected to deliver a comprehensive health check report along with key findings and actionable recommendations to improve user experience, compliance, and overall operational effectiveness of our Oracle Cloud HCM system.  Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport HCM cloud activities across the project lifecyclePerform a holistic review of the Oracle Cloud HCM system, including Core HR, Payroll (primary focus), Benefits (primary focus), Time & Labor, Absence Management, and SecurityEvaluate system configuration against Oracle leading practices and industry benchmarksAssess payroll and benefits workflows within the HCM system by analyzing processes and known bugs, with the goal of identifying opportunities for improved accuracy, compliance, and efficiencyAssist in maintaining stakeholder alignment and engagement for HCM-related initiativesPartner with departments across the organization to identify pain points and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiencies within the HCM platformConduct detailed assessments of Payroll configuration, processing, and controls, earnings, deductions, tax setup, and complianceReview payroll reconciliation processes and audit controlsConduct detailed assessment of Benefits plan design, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and numerous integrationsAssess benefits administration accuracy and integration with payrollIdentify risks, inefficiencies, and overall gaps between system capabilities and business requirementsEvaluate automation opportunities to remove or limit manual workaroundsAssess data integrity, reporting capabilities, and data governance practicesReview inbound/outbound integrations (e.g., vendors, GL, benefits carriers)Evaluate system...
