Als Maschinenbediener (m/w/*) Beschichtung an dem Standort Hilden haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Sie rüsten und bedienen eigenständig komplexe Beschichtungsanlagen.
• Zu Ihren weiteren Aufgaben zählt die Unterstützung bei Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie bei Störungsbeseitigungen – unter Einhaltung der Zeitvorgaben.
• Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Qualitätsprüfung während der Herstellung, um unsere Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
• Sie berichten über MES/SAP, ACCESS-DB (Schichtberichtung), Regel-, RUN-Karten, etc. und arbeiten darüber hinaus aktiv an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen der Anlagen-Performance mit.
• Sie besitzen die Bereitschaft, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Chemikant, Industriemechaniker oder Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/*).
• Sie können Berufserfahrung in der Produktion vorweisen, idealerweise im Bereich Beschichtung.
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP etc.) und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

• Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in SAP/MES (Einsatz, Ausstoß, Zeiten, Materialbestellungen, IH-Meldungen, etc.) sind von Vorteil.
• Verantwortungsbereitschaft für Lean/5S-Prozesse
• Die Fähigkeit erlerntes Wissen strukturiert an neue Mitarbeiter weiterzugeben
