About the Role

As the Chief Growth Officer at Parachute Health, you will operate as the strategic growth architect, ecosystem connector, and long-term commercial pilot for our platform. While we have achieved exceptional product-market fit, our next phase of scaling requires moving past opportunistic wins to develop a highly predictable, systemic, and durable growth operating engine. You will hold the keys to our market expansion - connecting the dots across health plans, suppliers, clinicians, and technology channels to unlock the next phase of enterprise value growth.

This is an external-facing, high-influence executive role engineered to complement a specialized, world-class leadership team. This role demands a unique combination of external gravitas to command enterprise rooms and internal operational discipline to translate visionary ideas or raw partnerships into repeatable market realities. It requires strategic patience to drive long-cycle expansion without needing near-term directives, and the collaborative leadership to guide decentralized teams via influence.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Comprehensive Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, enterprise-level growth strategies that align directly with our mission
  • Emerging Strategies Revenue Accountability: Own overarching ARR growth targets, developing actionable strategies to achieve target outcome metrics for emerging segments (e.g., payor).
  • Macro Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for entirely new verticals, services, and market segments.
  • Pricing & Revenue Architecture: Drive pricing strategy and revenue model optimization to maximize long-term ARR expansion.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Orchestration (Connecting the Dots)

  • Multi-Market Expansion: Lead new vertical growth initiatives, advising on strategy, and driving market expansion across existing and new markets including supplier, clinician, channel partnerships, and health plans.
  • Opportunity Identification: Systematically identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies across technology partners, healthcare systems, and payors.
  • Executive Sponsorship: Represent the organization as the definitive executive sponsor for landmark strategic partnerships (e.g., Optum).
  • Enterprise Deal Acceleration: Support major enterprise deals, run with top-tier relationships initiated by the executive team, and secure high-value strategic customer relationships.

Executive Advisory & Market Intelligence

  • CEO Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on critical strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
  • M&A Evaluation: Advise on the strategic evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, identifying high-potential acquisition targets and industry alignment spaces.
  • Continuous Intelligence: Oversee market research and competitive intelligence, monitoring trends, competition, and new opportunities so we can adjust our business strategy ahead of the market.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Growth Operations

  • Cross-Functional Synergies: Drive alignment on strategic priorities across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to unify execution towards our growth plan.
  • Operational Cadence: Lead rigorous growth planning, internal quarterly business reviews (QBRs), path-to-goal sessions, and ongoing growth execution across the company.
  • Sales Infrastructure Partnership: Partner closely with sales leadership to optimize sales strategies, segmentation frameworks, and growth targeting.
  • Growth Metrics Architecture: Establish robust KPIs, automated growth dashboards, and performance metrics to track ecosystem health and customer/transaction growth predictably.

The profile we’re hiring

  • Growth Architect DNA: You think like an enterprise owner, balancing sophisticated external relationship-building with a deep passion for internal systems. You have a proven ability to take an unrefined partnership or high-level concept from the CEO and independently build a structural plan to scale it.
  • The Scale Track Record: 10+ years of operating, strategy, and execution experience. You have ideally scaled a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology company through hyper-growth successfully mastering complex network dynamics.
  • Master of Collaborative Influence: You possess the executive presence and high EQ required to guide, align, and challenge senior leaders across product, marketing, and sales without needing direct reporting authority. You are highly collaborative and thrive complementing existing, specialized operators.
  • Deep Healthcare & Payor Fluency: Extensive background navigating the complexities of healthcare systems, payors, tech channel partnerships, and enterprise healthcare suppliers. You understand how to translate clinical and structural value into enterprise revenue engines.
  • Analytically Rigorous & Data-Driven: You excel at translating complex, multi-sided market opportunities into clear, structured frameworks, optimized pricing structures, and mathematically predictable revenue models.
  • Comfortable in the Horizon: You possess the strategic patience and grit to work through long-cycle enterprise initiatives. You do not require rigid, short-term "must-do" goals to create a massive organizational impact and maintain velocity.
