GS Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist (Invoicing Specialist)

Role
To input and validate correct charges before issuing invoices directly to customers based on different criteria e.g. rate sheet/QT/shipment details and invoicing patterns for Export and Import shipments.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute Invoice entry using General Work Instruction and applicable country template
- Verification of correct charge codes, quotation, and shipment details for Customer Billing, Internal Billing
- Review and Confirm GP Planning on selected countries/customers
- Raise credit note as needed after validation and approval as per set guidelines
- Able to work with different system environments and high system knowledge in handling multiple customers and country specifications.
