Who we are

Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress.

Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that.

Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.

This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale.

We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.

If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.

What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of Atoms’ recruiting systems, ensuring the technology stack is reliable, scalable, and aligned with recruiting operations.
  • Manage user onboarding, permissions, access changes, and offboarding across recruiting platforms, ensuring employees and external partners have the appropriate level of access.
  • Configure and maintain recruiting workflows, interview plans, stages, forms, templates, custom fields, automations, notifications, scorecards, and approval processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting systems questions and technical issues, troubleshooting problems directly and coordinating with vendors, IT, or other partners when escalation is required.
  • Partner with the Interview Process Engineer to translate approved recruiting processes into clear, consistent, and scalable system configurations.
  • Partner with the Technical Program Manager on system implementations, integrations, migrations, testing, releases, and other cross-functional recruiting technology projects.
  • Maintain system documentation, administrator guides, user instructions, configuration records, and change logs so processes remain clear and supportable.
  • Plan and execute testing for system updates, configuration changes, integrations, and vendor releases, identifying risks before changes are introduced to users.
  • Monitor system usage and data quality, resolving configuration issues, maintaining reporting accuracy, and reinforcing established governance standards.
  • Manage vendor support relationships and stay informed about product releases, new functionality, known issues, and opportunities to improve the recruiting technology experience.
  • Build and deliver enablement for recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers, and other users, including onboarding, training sessions, office hours, and self-service resources.
  • Track support requests, recurring issues, system performance, and adoption trends, helping the team identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience administering recruiting, HR, business, or enterprise systems, ideally within Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting an applicant tracking system , including workflows, permissions, templates, fields, interview plans, approvals, and reporting structures.
  • Proven ability to manage user provisioning, access controls, onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting systems such as ATS, CRM, scheduling, assessment, sourcing, interviewing, and analytics platforms. Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, or similar preferred.
  • Experience translating operational requirements into system configurations without introducing unnecessary complexity or compromising data quality.
  • Strong understanding of system testing, release management, change control, documentation, and configuration governance.
  • Experience supporting integrations and data flows between recruiting systems, HR systems, productivity tools, and reporting environments.
  • Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support users with different levels of technical proficiency.
  • Excellent written communication; able to create clear documentation, support updates, training materials, and user guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and comfort managing recurring operational work alongside urgent technical requests.
  • Proficiency with ticketing, documentation, project tracking, and workflow-mapping tools.
  • A bias toward action and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where systems and processes continue to evolve.
