Client Service and Change Manager, Assistant Vice President
Who we are looking for
We are looking for Client Service and Change Manager, Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our Edinburgh location. This role will deliver highly valued change management and solutions to clients within the UK.
The role will oversee client change programs across the bank, interacting with clients and internal parties to ensure business change is delivered successfully. We’re looking for an organized and diligent individual to work alongside our clients and existing change team.

What you will be responsible for
As a Client Service and Change Manager, you will:
- Be a key point of contact for strategic clients within our change model
- Participate in internal and client led meetings or workshops
- Execute core change activities
- Manage core change activities and risk
- Complete documentation associated with the change activity
- Ensure all change administration is up-to-date and accurate

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Business degree from University or equivalent
- relevant market experience within change management/PMO
