AI Engineer (Agentic AI) – AWS & Microsoft Copilot Studio
Location: India
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS AI Services, and modern Generative AI frameworks.
This role will focus on building AI-powered assistants, multi-agent workflows, enterprise search experiences, and intelligent process automation using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native AI services. The ideal candidate will bridge AI engineering, software engineering, and cloud architecture to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
Copilot Studio capabilities are expected to include orchestration, knowledge grounding, connectors, flows, prompts, REST APIs, and integration with enterprise data sources.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Development
- Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build multi-agent and agent-to-agent workflows.
- Implement conversational AI, task automation, and intelligent assistants.
- Develop enterprise knowledge assistants using RAG architectures.
- Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, and orchestrations.
Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop and maintain Copilot Studio agents leveraging:
- Copilot Studio
- Dataverse
- Power Automate
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
- REST APIs
- Enterprise Connectors
- Configure knowledge grounding from enterprise content repositories.
- Design conversation flows, actions, prompts, and AI-driven workflows.
- Build integrations with internal business systems and enterprise applications.
Copilot Studio implementations frequently involve orchestrators, knowledge sources, connectors, flows, prompts, APIs, and connected agents.
AWS Generative AI Engineering
- Build AI solutions using:
- Amazon Bedrock
- Claude Models
- Amazon Knowledge Bases
- Lambda
- Step Functions
- S3
- API Gateway
- DynamoDB
- EventBridge
- Design AI pipelines supporting:
- RAG
- Prompt Engineering
- Agent Frameworks
- Tool Calling
- Memory Management
- Deploy secure and scalable AI services in AWS.
AI Application Development
- Develop APIs and backend services supporting AI agents.
- Implement LLM integrations and orchestration layers.
- Build AI observability and monitoring capabilities.
- Develop guardrails and content safety controls.
- Support AI model evaluation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years working with Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience building AI assistants or AI agents.
- Experience with AWS cloud-native development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio preferred.

- Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI controls.

- Deliver 3–5 production AI agents supporting business processes.
- Reduce manual effort through AI-driven automation.
- Enable enterprise knowledge search and self-service support.
- Improve employee productivity through Copilot-based experiences.
- Successfully deploy AI solutions meeting governance and security requirements.
