Expert, Global Football Brand Marketing - APLA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Brand, Business, Sports Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, and Retail Marketing, working across Nike Direct and Partner ecosystems. You will collaborate with a highly matrixed set of stakeholders including Territory teams, Global Football, Product, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Strategy, and Marketplace partners.
You will operate across a diverse, culturally rich region spanning Latin America and Asia Pacific, balancing global direction with deep local insight. Success in this role requires strong influence without authority, the ability to navigate complexity, and confidence leading across markets at very different stages of football maturity.
This role reports into the Senior Director Football Brand for APLA and plays a key role in shaping both geography and regional football brand strategy.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a brand leader who is equal parts strategic, culturally fluent and executionally strong, who has proven experience shaping and championing big, bold brand ideas.
You are passionate about football as culture, not just sport — and understand how it shows up differently across Brazil, Mexico, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and broader Latin America. You thrive in ambiguity, can shift between big global moments and highly localized storytelling, and are energized by building teams and developing talent.
You bring a consumer-first mindset, blending creativity with data and insight to drive impact. You lead with clarity, optimism, and accountability, and you know how to create focus in complex environments. You are comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and business realities, and you bring strong judgment to decision-making in fast-moving moments.
Key experience required:
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally across regional and global roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
