About the Role

We are seeking a growth-oriented Asia Pacific Regional Sales Leader to accelerate profitable growth for Tyvek® Roll Goods across the region. This role will translate business strategy into a focused commercial agenda, strengthen customer and channel partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales organization in dynamic markets while being a key member of the Tyvek® Roll Goods leadership team.

The ideal candidate is a proven commercial leader who can set clear growth priorities, make disciplined resource decisions, influence across countries and functions, and mobilize teams to drive change and deliver results.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the regional growth strategy to deliver revenue, share gain, and pipeline objectives.
  • Identify and convert priority market, customer, application, and channel growth opportunities.
  • Drive disciplined commercial execution across account planning, pricing, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Be an integral part of a global leadership team for delivering the Tyvek® Roll Goods business objectives.
  • Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers, converters, distributors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing decisions, and contract strategies that grow the topline while protecting value and delivering profitability.
  • Use customer, market, competitor, and channel insights to strengthen Tyvek®’s competitive position.

Team Leadership & Change

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team with clear priorities and strong commercial discipline.
  • Set goals, metrics, and operating rhythms that improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, customer coverage, and execution speed.
  • Lead change by aligning stakeholders, simplifying priorities, and building capability across the commercial organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial experience in sales, marketing, business development, or general management, preferably in a regional or multi-country environment.
  • Track record of delivering growth through commercial strategy, customer development, pricing discipline, and pipeline execution.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including building high-performing teams, developing talent, and leading through change.
  • Strong commercial acumen, executive communication, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and English proficiency.
