Our team is a driving force of helping businesses to grow and transform across a variety of industries, from e-commerce and retail to finance and healthcare, with the customers most important to them.With a client-centric mindset, you will leverage Meta's AI capabilities to identify new opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and empower businesses worldwide to grow and scale their businesses. Account Manager, CEE, Polish Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, achieving sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies, through customer strategic planning, operational rigor, and sales acumen
  • Responsible for harnessing data insights to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging the power of AI and automation to deliver tailored client recommendations, and the adoption of Meta's products
  • Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to drive the adoption of Meta's proven value solutions, thereby enhancing and growing existing business partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with the client's objectives
  • Drive the sales process from scoping to closure, executing end-to-end pipeline management with operational rigor, leveraging tools such as CRM to drive business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in either customer sales, success management, account management, consulting or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (EMEA dependent on country)
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to new challenges and opportunities
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in team-focused environments with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing deadlines and business goals
  • Experience in leveraging data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills to translate business objectives into actionable plans
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive collective success and achieve business outcomes
  • Fluency in English and Polish, as the role supports clients in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) Polish-speaking market

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Enterprise or Advertising industries
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively support customers' needs
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, or certifications in account management, project management
  • Proven technical skills (AI tools, Excel, Google Suite, or data analytics tools)
  • Familiarity with Meta's suite of advertising solutions
