We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) Customer Experience team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for one of Ireland's largest retail customers while supporting additional customer accounts as required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer communication through email, phone calls, and regular customer meetings.

  • Providing outstanding customer support throughout the shipment lifecycle.

  • Managing customer cases, enquiries, and dispute resolution in line with company processes.

  • Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

  • Coordinating import shipments from multiple global origins into Ireland.

  • Monitoring operational performance and proactively resolving issues to ensure service excellence.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain teams.

  • Performing administrative and operational tasks that support day-to-day customer service activities.

  • Escalating non-routine operational issues when appropriate while taking ownership of customer communication.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and eager to grow within an international logistics environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customer service within a logistics environment.

  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.

  • Ability to build positive customer relationships and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with case management or operational systems is an advantage.
