ERP Senior Consultant SCM, WMS, MFG - French Speaking
The ERP Consultant partners with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. The consultant will contribute throughout the full implementation lifecycle and bring functional depth in at least one of the following areas: supply chain management, warehouse management, or manufacturing. Professional fluency in both French and English is required to lead client conversations, facilitate workshops, prepare documentation, and deliver training in either language.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Facilitate client workshops in French and English to understand current-state processes, define future-state requirements, and align solutions to business goals.
- Evaluate business requirements against standard Dynamics 365 functionality and recommend practical, scalable solutions that follow leading practices.
- Configure Dynamics 365 F&SCM capabilities within the consultant's area of expertise: supply chain, warehouse management, and/or manufacturing.
- Document business requirements, process flows, configuration decisions, test scenarios, and functional design documents for approved extensions or integrations.
- Partner with technical consultants, architects, project managers, and client subject-matter experts to support data migration, integrations, reporting, and solution delivery.
- Plan and support conference room pilots, sprint or program increment activities, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training in French and English and develop clear supporting materials that enable successful adoption.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, manage assigned support cases in accordance with service-level expectations, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Use Microsoft delivery and application lifecycle tools, including Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, Task Guides, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Contribute reusable assets, lessons learned, knowledge articles, and continuous-improvement recommendations to strengthen Argano's delivery practice.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and client SMEs when appropriate while maintaining ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Professional fluency in French and English, with the ability to lead workshops, write business and functional documentation, and deliver training in both languages.
- Three or more years of functional ERP consulting or implementation experience, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX.
- Demonstrated functional expertise in at least one specialty area: supply chain management, warehouse management, or manufacturing.
- Experience translating business needs into system requirements, configurations, process designs, test scenarios, and functional design documents.
- Experience supporting multiple phases of an ERP implementation and working directly with client stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps or a comparable application lifecycle management tool.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, facilitation, and client communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multicultural, multilingual teams and multiple time zones with limited direction.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, based on project and client needs.
Candidates should demonstrate depth in one or more of the following areas:
- Supply Chain Management: procurement and sourcing, sales and order management, inventory management, master planning and planning optimization, product information management, or transportation management.
- Warehouse Management: inbound receiving and put-away, outbound picking and packing, wave and load planning, replenishment, license plating, barcode and mobile device processes, cycle counting, production picking, shipping, or carrier integration.
- Manufacturing: discrete, process, or lean manufacturing; bills of material and formulas; routes and operations; production execution; forecasting; cost management; engineering change management; or time and attendance.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, supply chain, operations, engineering, computer science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, such as MB-330, MB-335, or a current equivalent.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 data migration using the Data Management Framework.
- Experience with Power Platform, integrations, non-Dynamics warehouse or manufacturing applications, or industry-specific solutions.
- Prior consulting experience delivering solutions for clients in multiple industries or countries.
