Summary:

Meta is seeking a Strategic Partner Management Leader to lead and grow high-impact partnerships across North America. In this role, you will manage a team that owns a portfolio of strategic relationships that drive business outcomes across our Paid messaging and Business AI portfolio. You will set the strategy, provide guidance/mentorship to your team, interface with product and sales teams to represent the needs of North America partners and their clients and serve as a point of escalation for key partners. You will translate Meta's product capabilities into mutual value while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. This role sits at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and partner success, requiring deep expertise in structuring and scaling partnerships that deliver measurable impact at scale.

  1. Own and grow a portfolio of strategic North America partnerships, developing long-term relationship plans that align partner objectives with Meta's platform and product priorities
  1. Influence strategy and roadmap for multiple large-scale partnership programs, identifying opportunities to expand scope, deepen integration, and unlock new revenue or distribution channels
  1. Lead complex, multi-party negotiations on partnership agreements, commercial terms, and joint go-to-market initiatives with senior executives and decision-makers at partner organizations
  1. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, finance, marketing, and operations teams to structure and execute partnership deals that are scalable and compliant
  1. Develop and implement frameworks that enable the team to rapidly assess partnership opportunities, prioritize based on strategic impact, and act decisively as market conditions evolve
  1. Translate Meta's platform capabilities and product roadmap into compelling partnership value propositions tailored to each partner's business model and growth objectives
  1. Monitor partnership performance against defined KPIs, identify gaps or risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure mutual commitments are met
  1. Cascade strategic communications across the team and to partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and evolving business conditions
  1. Mentor and coach team members on partnership development best practices, AI-assisted workflows, and effective stakeholder engagement techniques
  1. Build and maintain influential relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations, converting engagements into lasting, reciprocal alliances that generate ongoing business value

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner management within the technology, media, or digital advertising industry
  1. Proven experience and understanding of the messaging business, including SMS commercial practices and technology and agentic solutions
  1. Experience leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership negotiations with measurable business outcomes
  1. Experience managing cross-functional programs across product, legal, finance, and operations teams to deliver partnership initiatives at scale
  1. Experience in building and executing partnership strategies across multiple concurrent accounts or programs with cross-regional or cross-functional scope
  1. Experience managing or coaching team members and holding them accountable for their performance and development goals

  1. Demonstrated ability to develop scalable processes or frameworks that improve partnership team efficiency and decision-making speed
  1. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  1. Track record of building C-suite and executive-level relationships that have resulted in expanded partnership scope or new business opportunities
  1. Experience working with partners in the North American market across messaging, commerce, and agentic commerce
  1. Experience leveraging AI tools to redesign partnership workflows, accelerate deal analysis, or enhance stakeholder communication

$193,000/year to $269,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
