As an Senior Scientist, you will contribute the Bio Technology Solutions (BTS) Vaccine formulation team. This team is focused on developing and tranferring new vaccine formulations such as adjuvant formulations and stabilizers. Formulation Science is about product composition, meaning that in our case excipients are screened to improve vaccine performance. As an Senior process Scientist, you will act as the project lead for one or more projects and project teams. The projects entail new product development projects, the improvement of existing products, solving problems in the production of existing products, according to instructions and general guidelines, in a safe and (GLP/GMP) compliant manner and at own discretion and initiative. Your responsibilities will include:Ability to set and manage expectations, performance goals, time commitments, resources and risks in a manner that demonstrates objectives that are measurable and achievable.Initiates and maintains up-to-date MS project files and Connectivity updates. When applicable, NPC and/or site-to-site transfer methodology is followed.Discusses assignments with the project team(s).
