What you’ll do: 

  • Identifying areas where improvements can be made and work with your team/team leader to provide possible solutions 

  • Responding to requests via ServiceNow, emails, phone calls and walk ups in a timely manner 

  • Coordinating on site contractors as required 

  • Coordinating operational and preventative maintenance and contractors in accordance with service agreements 

  • Coordinating essential services and ensure compliance 

  • Coordinating Environmental Sustainability information programs and initiatives where required and in conjunction with the Sustainability Team 

  • Administering the tenancy plant and maintenance systems in accordance with service agreements 

  • Scheduling cleaning of whiteboards and other related work equipment and tools. 

  • Conducting regular floor walks to monitor cleanliness, tidiness and appropriate set up of furniture etc in working areas and meeting spaces and compliance with WHS regulations 

  • Assisting with production of security cards and locker allocations for new starters and leavers 

  • Prioritising tasks and clearly communicate (with regular updates) when undertaking and delivering services 

  • Managing lost property 

  • Completing monthly Balanced Scorecard and Compliance reports

  • You have a consistent, high degree of personal commitment to the delivery of high quality work, being accountable for the successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes 

  • You have  professional personal presentation and conduct at all times 

  • You have proven ability to use own judgement to effectively manage workload·        

  • You have demonstrated ability to remain calm whilst managing multiple tasks 

  • You have a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
