In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities- Du berätst unsere Kund*innen zu S/4HANA-Architekturen, SAP Enterprise Architekturen und Transformationsstrategien
- Du unterstützt und leitest die Umsetzung von Transformationsmodellen wie Rise with SAP und Grow with SAP, mit Schwerpunkt auf Infrastrukturmanagement und -optimierung sowie die Integration und Betrieb moderner SAP-Technologien, inkl. SAP BTP, SAP FIORI, SAP Joule und SAP Business AI
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit unseren Kund*innen Datenmanagement- und Migrationsstrategien auf Basis von SAP HANA unter Nutzung unsere bewährten Vorgehensweisen für Vorstudien (IBM Rapid Discovery) und Transformationsprojekte (Greenfield mit IMPACT, IBM Rapid Move, Brownfield mit der Migration Factory).
- Du setzt anspruchsvolle Geschäftsanforderungen durch den Einsatz innovativer, wertschöpfender Technologien um, wie AI und der SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Diese Position ist innerhalb der Business Applications Service Line.
- Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der technischen SAP-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt auf S/4HANA-Architekturen, SAP Enterprise Architektur und komplexen S/4HANA-Transformationen
- Praktische Expertise mit den aktuellen SAP-Transformationsmodellen RISE with SAP und GROW with SAP, insbesondere im Bereich Infrastrukturmanagement und -optimierung
- Tiefgehendes Know-how der neuesten SAP-Technologien, inklusive moderner Integrationsszenarien, SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP Fiori, Sicherheit und Betrieb
- Starke Expertise im Datenmanagement mit SAP HANA sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenmigrationsstrategien
- Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP Joule und SAP Business AI
- Erfolgreiche Leitung von mindestens zwei End-to-End S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekten (Greenfield oder Brownfield)
- Nachweisbare Führungsstärke bei der Leitung globaler SAP-Projektimplementierungen und internationaler Rollouts
- Deutschkenntnisse C1-Level und fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte verständlich und überzeugend auf C-Level zu kommunizieren
- Souveräne Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern, Drittanbietern und internationalen Teams
- Idealerweise SAP-Zertifizierung als Certified Technology Specialist (S/4HANA System Conversion / Rise with SAP)
