As an Operations Team Member in Global Liquidity and Account Services within Payments Operations, you will support product setup, data maintenance, and issue resolution for global liquidity solutions. You will monitor workflows, deliver timely reporting, and respond to stakeholder inquiries with a strong focus on quality. You will investigate breaks, identify root causes, and partner with stakeholders to drive resolution. You will contribute to testing and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls and client experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform product setup, onboarding, and maintenance across systems and applications
  • Monitor workflow queues and end-to-end request completion to support timely processing
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify exceptions, breaks, and processing gaps
  • Investigate accounting breaks and document findings through to resolution
  • Respond to inquiries from partners and clients with clear, professional communication
  • Initiate payment instructions for defined business purposes in line with procedures and controls
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive issue resolution, including meeting facilitation and proactive follow-ups
  • Lead or support product and system testing, including test execution and defect tracking
  • Support initiatives and projects, including process improvements and implementation activities
  • Escalate risks, issues, and delays to management and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify exceptions
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a track record of high-quality deliverables
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change across processes, tools, and priorities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and control awareness
  • Strong customer focus and consistent follow-through on commitments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professional communication skills for stakeholder updates, inquiries, and escalations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any Business-related courses is preferred but not required
