Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities: 

Product deployment

  • To ensure product features are properly implemented and ready for use across different hospital sites.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the release and rollout.
  • Create and maintain checklists for internal verification, and go-live readiness.
  • ensure feedback translates as product feature requirements with the team and closely track feature development 
  • Help onboard new sites or partners by managing timelines, resources, and pre-launch readiness checks.
  • Support customer-facing teams by giving tools or information that help explain product behaviors or limitations.

Monitoring and evaluation system for product deployment

  • Coordinate with  stakeholders across (add relevant team names) to improve product acceptance, satisfaction and delight
  • Collaborate  with the support team to solve issues and improve  turn around time (TAT) or response time. 

Trends and insights 

  • Develop and data collection tools and methodologies for understanding user satisfaction, acceptance and delight
  • Maintain documentation and logs for pilots, testing, user feedback, and troubleshooting.
  • Send regular updates on operational bottlenecks and fixes.
  • Monitor post-launch usage and adoption to track feature performance  in real-time settings.

Product input

  • Flag operational gaps or process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to cross-team workflows 
  • Coordinate closely with tech and operations teams to align product-related  activities across clinical, technical, and business functions.

Training and On site Support

  • Deliver l training to external stakeholders and ensure  new product updates reach them in seamless fashion.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support to hospital personnel and neurosurgeons during surgeries.
  • Coordinate with radiologists, surgeons, clinical teams, and OT specialists for integrated care delivery and system maintenance.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between BrainSight Al's internal teams and the hospital personnel.

Team Management 


  • Manage and supervise the Product deployment team.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient clinical operations.
  • Oversee team performance, task allocation, and workflow management.Coordinate team schedules, responsibilities, and resource allocation.
  • Provide guidance, training, and operational support to team members.Foster collaboration and effective communication across clinical and technical teams.



Travel Expectations

  • Your base location will be Bangalore, however you will be expected to travel across India 


Qualifications & Experience 

  • Masters in Radiology,Radiography or Imaging 
  • 1-2 years of experience in working with sales team , 5+ yrs of total working experience 
  • Strong  understanding of MRI techniques and Medical physics 
  • Ability to multi-task various internal and external requirements
