We are seeking for a Lawyer supporting the commercial and strategic objectives of the business, with 5-10 years of experience, preferably in multinational Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries, with strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide legal support to Private Customers, R&D, Marketing, Real Estate, and Indirect Channel Partner teams. 

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial, technology, marketing, real estate, and partnership agreements. 

• Advise on healthcare-related legal, regulatory, compliance, and contractual matters. 

• Support innovation projects, technology collaborations, marketing initiatives, and operational activities. 

• Assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while supporting strategic objectives. 

• Support new business models and process improvement initiatives. 

• Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical legal solutions. 

Required Qualifications 

• Law degree and license to practice law (OAB). 

• 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably in multinational companies. 

• Experience in commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation. 

• Strong understanding of legal risk assessment, contract management, and compliance. 

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. 

• Fluent English and Portuguese.
