- Secure restaurant bookings: Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations and handle special requests
- Maintain attention to detail: Record and process all reservations with accuracy, including guest name, contact info, and special requests
- Use proactive selling techniques: Maximize restaurant sales by promoting special menus, events, or dining experiences
