Job Description -

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational, day-to-day relationship with corporate clients
• Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports
• Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
• Revenue planning support
• Cost planning support (invest, maintenance, internal & external labor, pre-products, service provider)
• Revenue and cost controlling (plan vs. actuals)
• Profit and loss impact analysis and evaluation
• Spend management (budget, invoices, timesheets and service provider consumption approval and tracking)
• Forecasting (cost and revenues)
• Billing support
• Handling of billing disputes (root cause analysis and error correction, credit notes and back charging)
• Data quality improvements to support billing and cost accuracy
• Ad-hoc reports, analysis, requests
• Project support (RFS, budget approval, cost controlling, PPM packages)
• Goods receipt and provisions
• SAP entries check (purchase orders, goods receipt, invoices)
• License management (inventory, maintenance extensions, new invest)
• Audit & benchmarking support
• Support service managers with financial calculations, tools and processes

Requirements

• Higher education degree in finance, business administration, economics or related area
• Relevant work experience e.g. in accounting, controlling etc.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to present the financial status and provide recommendation to  SteerCo’s
• Experienced in the application of systems that are relevant for Controlling, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW
• Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as moderation and presentation techniques
• Possessing understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organizations
• Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
• Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information
