Senior Manager, Solution/Platform Architect

Job Description Summary:

This position leads to the digital modernization of Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics across the end-to-end supply chain. In collaboration with key stakeholders within TCCC business processes organization, the role will define the digital architecture and strategic roadmap required to modernize these functions. 

The role will also provide leadership, coordination, and strategic direction for IT/OT convergence initiatives across all TCCC locations, while managing relationships with external technology and service providers. Working closely with external IT and OT subject matter experts, this position will assess and implement emerging digital technologies, promote best-practice sharing, and drive standardization across manufacturing and supply chain operations. 

While the position will play a leading role in defining the future-state IT and OT architecture, its primary focus will be on determining how operational data can be used most effectively to improve performance and decision-making. This will include partnering with subject matter experts across functional areas to develop evaluation rules, enable automated guidance for operational teams, and apply artificial intelligence to uncover insights that may not be identified through manual analysis. 

The role will also ensure that all elements of the strategic plan are fully aligned with the broader digital modernization strategy, providing end-to-end visibility and enabling timely, informed business decisions 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business areas that would benefit from digitization. 

  • Develop and maintain a prioritized list of effective data-capture methods that support defined KPI requirements. 

  • Assess network architecture options and provide recommendations based on performance, cost, security, and scalability. 

  • Lead the implementation of the future-state digital environment across manufacturing, logistics, distribution equipment, and broader supply chain processes. 

  • Identify and evaluate tools that can analyze collected data and generate actionable insights, ranging from operator and line-management guidance to advanced Machine Learning and AI-based recommendations. 

  • Establish specifications and standards that enable the consistent and efficient use of digital tools. 

  • Manage digital solutions to ensure that systems, best practices, and insights can be easily shared and replicated across locations through standardized solutions and knowledge-sharing tools. 

  • Remain current on IIoT trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. 

  • Design and implement IT/OT infrastructure to support process development and operational requirements. 

  • Maintain the reliability, security, performance, and scalability of IT/OT systems. 

  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for IT/OT systems. 

  • Introduce process improvement ideas wherever appropriate. 

  • Function as a trusted member to IT leadership and business teams. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Degree in Engineering, preferable Electronic or Electrical, or a related field 

  • Degree in Digitization or Data Analytics a plus 

  • 7–10 years of experience in digital manufacturing, preferably within the beverage industry and across manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics functions. 

  • At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing digital systems for manufacturing and supply chain operations. 

  • Strong knowledge of IT/OT technologies and their application within manufacturing and supply chain environments. 

  • Demonstrated understanding of data analytics and visualization, with the ability to adapt quickly and continuously learn new tools and methods. 

  • Advanced project management skills, with experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives involving both internal teams and external partners. 

  • Broad understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications in manufacturing and supply chain operations. 

  • Strong and effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills at all levels. 

  • Ability to lead with exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. 

  • Experience collaborating with global teams, managing direct reports in other time zones, and managing an outsourced provider. 

  • Maintains technically relevant skills and demonstrates the ability to apply technical skills in solving business/technical problems. 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide the necessary focus and effort to accomplish tasks and ensure they are done on time and to push through challenges and obstacles to achieve results. 

  • Ability to understand, adapt and implement innovative approaches effectively and efficiently resolve current and future challenges while providing unique solutions for business. 

  • Ability to articulate novel approaches such that others in the organization understand the value and solution. 

  • Previous experience collaborating with other senior managers and contributing to the establishment of strategic plans and objectives. 

  • Able to make final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensure objectives are achieved. 

  • Able to participate in corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work on issues of diverse scopes where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. 

  • Demonstrated experience in determining the best use of resources to meet goals of assignments received in the form of objectives.

Pay Range:

United States of America: 152,000 USD - 178,300 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
