Since mid-2024, we've been engineering the foundation for what comes after the current "state-of-the-art" — a model that actually gets things done.About the roleWe are looking for our first internal recruiter hire to shape our hiring process and systems, build a world-class talent brand, and hire amazing team members.What you'll doOwn the end-to-end recruiting function: sourcing, recruiting, coordinating, closingShape hiring process to craft both a fantastic candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first outreach through offerRun the day to day operations such as interview coordination and quick feedback loopsUnderstand our unique culture and diverse talent needs to hire a world-class teamDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidatesBuild out teams from scratch across multiple functionsDefine and track recruiting metrics and use data to drive continuous improvementTake a high level strategic view of talent management and planning with the executive teamWe are looking for people whoHave 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting with proven success, particularly in scaling strong technical teamsHave experience scaling teams in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsAre comfortable navigating ambiguity, making judgment calls with imperfect information, and operating with a high degree of autonomyAre kind, emotionally aware, and genuinely care for people's wellbeingHave a bias for action to move quickly and creatively to engage top tier talentHave exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches and priorities simultaneouslyAre excited about our mission and about playing an instrumental role in furthering that missionNice to have: Excited to build, test, and dogfood recruiting tooling and systemsLife at TypeSafeWe're a small, flat, close-knit team dedicated to real-world impact preparing the world for Transformative AI.
