Job Description
As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driver behind Talent Solution's expansion from healthcare into new commercial verticals (such as Corporate, IT, Light Industrial, Logistics, or Skilled Trades). Combining strategic cold outreach, face-to-face networking (25%–40% field travel), and executive pitching, you will leverage your deep expertise in temporary and contract staffing to land new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and negotiate bill rates.If you thrive on building a client base from scratch, love getting out into the field, and hold a proven track record in temporary workforce solutions, this role is for you.

Proactively research, target, and prospect potential B2B clients in targeted expansion industries across the region.
Generate a high volume of new business leads through multi-channel outreach: cold calling, drop-ins, LinkedIn prospecting, and leveraging local business networks.
Identify key decision-makers (HR Directors, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, C-Suite) who face hiring bottlenecks and staffing shortages.
Manage the full B2B sales lifecycle: from initial discovery and needs analysis to proposal delivery, bill rate negotiation, and MSA execution.
Conduct compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations highlighting TSOL's speed, candidate quality, and custom workforce capabilities.
Actively network within local business chambers, industry associations, trade groups, and job fairs to position TSOL as a go-to staffing partner.
Partner with TSOL's internal recruiting team to ensure smooth client onboarding and alignment between client requirements and talent delivery.
Log sales activities, prospective client details, contract terms, and deal progress in CRM (Salesforce).
Meet or exceed established KPIs (outbound contacts, client meetings set, MSAs signed, and gross margin targets).
Qualifications
3+ years of successful B2B sales / Business Development experience—specifically within the staffing, recruitment, or professional services industry.
Proven track record of cold outreach, opening new territories, and winning new commercial accounts.
Experience negotiating bill rates, markups, and master service agreements.
Nice to Have
Existing book of business or contacts within Healthcare, Commercial, Light Industrial, Logistics, or Skilled Trades staffing.
Experience with staffing/ATS platforms in addition to CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not required)
