Accountabilities:
- Health Care Master stewardship: Process and resolve data change requests for Health Care Professionals and Health Care Organizations, ensuring integrity from intake to close.
- Matching and merging excellence: Complete detailed duplicate detection, matching, and merging to maintain a single source of truth across systems.
- External data onboarding: On-board new syndicated and third-party datasets, validating completeness, accuracy, and alignment with defined standards.
- Queue management and prioritization: Proactively monitor and manage data queues, prioritizing and accomplishing work to meet service levels.
- Data quality improvement: Identify, define, and implement data quality initiatives and controls that measurably improve availability, completeness, and accuracy.
- Business partnering: Collaborate closely with commercial partners to understand requirements, translate them into data rules, and deliver outcomes that enable field and reporting needs.
- Process governance: Review and update SOPs and work instructions so they reflect current business priorities, regulatory expectations, and data standards.
- Provider alignment: Define and communicate market definitions and formatting requirements to external data providers; assess provider data for completeness and quality.
- Data operations at scale: Complete mass data uploads, cleansing, enrichment, and updates with robust validation to minimize downstream rework.
- Management of product and customer information: Perform analysis and maintenance of product and customer (patient) data, ensuring uniformity across domains.
- Issue resolution with technology teams: Partner with IT to identify root causes, resolve defects, and prevent recurrence through durable fixes.
- Research and investigations: Conduct data searches, triage anomalies, and reconcile records across internal and external sources.
- Insightful reporting and metrics: Produce clear reports on data in scope; define and track benchmarks and data quality metrics, and work towards defined targets.
- Mentorship and mentoring: Support less experienced team members by sharing standards, techniques, and approaches that elevate team performance.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Data Management Operations experience in Pharma or FMCG industry
- Good understanding of data quality and data management principles
- Experience in data analysis and data processing activities
- Ability to effectively estimate task completion timings
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of database concepts and tools
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL
- High level of attention to details
- Proactive, analytical, and investigative approach
- Customer Service attitude
- Proven track record in identification and implementation of process improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Ability to think independently and provide recommendations to collaborators
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience working with Veeva CRM
- Experience working with Reltio MDM or other Master Data Management solutions
- Understanding of Transparency reporting requirements and practices in the Pharma industry
- Able to present data and reports in an easily understandable format
- Ability to build dashboards in Power BI
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python
