  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio to deepen client relationships and grow share of wallet.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of new credit transactions and annual reviews to credit and risk teams, maintaining thorough documentation throughout the credit origination process.
  • Act as the first line of defence for credit risk management, protecting Citi's assets and reputation by assessing risk in all business decisions and escalating issues with full transparency.
  • Lead client onboarding and retention activities in collaboration with Case Managers, ensuring all Know Your Client (KYC) and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in deal structuring, prospective client research, and building a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and Citi's policies at all times, applying sound judgement and ethical standards in every client interaction and business decision.

  • Solid knowledge of banking and investment products, with a demonstrated ability to deliver sound financial advice and solutions to commercial clients.
  • Credit analysis skills with hands-on experience managing the credit origination process, from deal closure through to documentation and account monitoring.
  • Advanced grasp of accounting principles, financial modelling, and financial statement analysis.
  • Strong business development mindset with a track record of identifying new opportunities and applying innovative approaches to meet client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, adapt rapidly to new information, and maintain focus in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
