Reporting to the Director Legal Germany, you will take ownership of domestic and cross-border transactions while supporting the ongoing corporate governance and legal management of our group entities.This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working closely with the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across multiple functions, helping to deliver practical legal solutions in a dynamic international environment.Your ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage and oversee domestic and cross-border transactions and acquisitionsLead the in-house legal management of M&A transactions, including deal execution and post-merger integrationManage ongoing corporate housekeeping, including group and shareholding structures and entity maintenance, with a particular focus on Krause AutomationAct as a trusted legal advisor on corporate, commercial and related legal mattersServe as a key contact for internal stakeholders across various departments, providing practical and business-oriented legal adviceRepresent the company in commercial discussions and negotiationsTake on organisational and management responsibilities in addition to legal workWork collaboratively within a flat-hierarchy legal team, supporting colleagues across a broad range of matters and adapting to changing prioritiesEssential SkillsFully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist, m/f/d) with above-average First and Second State Examinations; a doctorate (Dr.) and/or an LL.M. are an advantageRelevant transactional experience with a strong focus on M&AApproximately 5-6 years of relevant professional experience gained at a leading international law firm; initial in-house experience is a plusSpecialist knowledge of both domestic and cross-border transactionsInternational backgroundAbility to independently manage legal matters and transactionsStrong communication skills with the confidence to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural organisationAbility to provide pragmatic, practice-oriented legal recommendations and solutionsComfortable acting as a trusted advisor for corporate, commercial and related legal mattersFlexible and adaptable, with the willingness to step outside your comfort zone and thrive in a fast-changing and increasingly complex environmentFluent German and English at negotiation level, with the ability to draft legal documentation in both languagesWhat we offerA dynamic high-tech company, combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.Lots of development opportunities as we continue to grow.Challenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth.Corporate Benefits Program covering health, mobility, and learning for 100€ net per month.Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks & fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environmentAbout usAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
