On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Industrial sector, we are looking for an HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and statutory reporting
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring external competitiveness, internal equity, and cost effectiveness
  • Drive the Performance Management framework and support talent development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, HR policies, procedures, and internal governance requirements
  • Manage employee-related budgets, workforce cost forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives in partnership with Finance
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance consistency, transparency, and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure effective management of facilities and workplace operations, maintaining a safe and productive working environment
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives in line with business objectives
  • Cascade and support the implementation of business communications, policies, systems, and Group HR priorities across the organization
  • Lead, coordinate, and contribute to global HR projects, leveraging project management disciplines, stakeholder engagement, and HR analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a multinational environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural business environment
  • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional, regional, or global HR projects will be considered an asset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of professional integrity and ethical conduct
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
