You will support our internal business partners managing full cycle recruitment efforts to bring new talent to their teams, while providing exceptional experiences, as an adviser to your candidates and your internal business partners alike. What You’ll be Doing
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout.
- Effectively translate recruiting and hiring trends and data into a Recruiting strategy to most effectively support Technical hiring teams.
- Translate data and pass through rates to proactively prevent recruitment bottlenecks, in order to infuse recruitment efficiencies into all facet of recruitment process, real-time
- Build trusted relationships and collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and team goals..
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, LinkedIn, employee referrals, events, networking and research.
- Create monthly and quarterly business review snapshots, by leveraging data and insights to share directly with senior level leadership.
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition leadership team to influence and build efficient and scalable recruiting processes and in turn create and/or drive training and adoption across Recruiting team.
- Lead trainings for business leaders specific to interview best practices (inclusive of AI considerations), along with driving of adoption of process embedded within broader interview training.
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support future departmental hiring needs.
- Work in a fast paced recruiting environment, balancing multiple priorities with an initial focus on Engineering, IT, Security, and Product teams.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, creating job descriptions and influencing interview and recruiting best practices overall.
- Schedule and conduct thorough phone interviews to qualify all prospective candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in accordance with hiring goals, and budget.
- Act as a Recruiting team SME as it pertains to technical sourcing, screening and interview practices.
About You
- 12+ years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting for top talent, ideally for high growth technology companies.
- Highly effective at consistently leveraging Recruiting and market data- to inform sourcing and hiring strategy and to advise on hiring plan.
- Experience authoring Recruiting WBR and/or QBR snapshot views for business leaders.
- Proven experience with generating and publishing Recruitment reports for discussion with business leaders- outlining progress to plan, requisition health and any other relevant SLA/data points.
- Ability to partner closely with Technical, Finance, and HR leaders to effectively influence organization design and hiring plan efficacy- on a quarterly basis.
- Combination of corporate and agency technical recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of technical roles including Engineering, Security, Dev-ops, Information technology, Product, etc.
- Experience with Jobvite, Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking system preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems.
- Passion behind partnering with hiring leaders as an advisor and business partner.
- A positive, goal-focused, team-oriented approach to your work.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to execute, drive quality candidates forward, and close offers.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
