You will support the Business Continuity (BC) Planning team in driving and overseeing operational execution of the BC Planning programme including coordination of critical programmes and supporting the tooling platform 's development roadmap.In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Risk & Resiliency Management Associate position, which is part of the job family responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience in the face of potential threats or disruptions that could impact the organization, plus management of ongoing incidents.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role:Support Business Continuity Planning program requirements by providing guidance to Business Unit Stakeholders to ensure their Business Continuity Plans adhere to the Firm's Business Continuity Management Policy and ProceduresSupport or contribute to local, regional and global managed projects as required to ensure delivery of BC Planning targetsSupporting the BC tooling platform 's development roadmap:Assist in BC tooling QA and UA TestingAssist with managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, effort, and dependenciesParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery and improvementMonitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancementsSupport product documentationDesign and provide Business Continuity Planning tool training as requiredSupport the BC Planning team in preparing regional stakeholder briefingsCoordinate monthly reporting collation and distribution for program governance and monitoring purposesExtend BC Planning support during a disruptive event, including escalation, communication and documenting lessons learnedRole will require occasional travel to support Recovery Site tests in other EMEA locationsWhat you'll bring to the role:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology related fieldProject management experienceExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Visio)Advanced Microsoft applications knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Excellent organizational, assessing, communication, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environmentsPreferred knowledge or understanding of Business Continuity Planning lifecycleAt least 2 years' relevant experience in the corporate sector would generally be expected to possess the skills required for this role#LI-FT1 #GLTECHWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan...
